Return Process

  Log into your Rezoni account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your electronic device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Rezoni

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
